I have Kumar/Distinct Plumbing checked on the water pressure and replaced a kitchen faucet for me on a Saturday, due to my full-time job and my tenant’s schedules, it was difficult to make an appointment to the get done. Kumar was very accommodating and customer focused, that they came out twice on the same day to complete the job! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and use them again in the future.

Kumar came during a snow storm in February to fix the tenant’s mixing valve, then I hired him again in April to replace two hot water heaters. With both projects, he was efficient and excellent!

We had a complicated dishwasher installation to do. Kumar’s Distinct Plumbing responded to our HomeAdvisor inquiry within minutes and came out that day, which was a Sunday. They came to look at the set up in our kitchen, asses the situation, and schedule the installation for a later time. Instead, they made the time to do the installation that morning. Despite a few challenging set backs (due to how the previous dishwasher had been installed), they stayed until the job was done and done well. It has been two weeks since the installation and everything is still running perfectly. We were very pleased with the work, the customer service and the responsiveness of Kumar’s Distinct Plumbing and would definitely hire them again.
